A 100% Chardonnay vintage from the well-drained limestone terroirs of Santenay. It expresses the classic elegance of this appellation with a beautiful liveliness and a marked minerality. Natural vinification with indigenous yeasts and aging in one-year-old French oak barrels enhance the aromas of fresh white fruits such as pear and green apple, combined with a subtly woody touch.
